Performance and purpose

HEDP is an organic phosphonic acid scale and corrosion inhibitor, which can form stable complexes with iron, copper, zinc and other metal ions, and can dissolve oxides on the metal surface. It can still play a good role in corrosion and scale inhibition at 250 ℃, and it is stable at high pH, not easy to hydrolyze, and not easy to decompose under general photothermal conditions. It has better acid and alkali resistance and chlorine oxidation resistance than other organic phosphonic acids (salts). It can form six ring chelate with metal ions in water, especially calcium ions, so it has better scale inhibition effect and obvious dissolution limit effect. When it is used in combination with other water treatment agents, it shows ideal synergistic effect.

HEDP solid is a high-purity product, which is suitable for winter cold area, especially for cleaning agent and daily chemical additive in electronic industry.

HEDP is widely used in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, chemical fertilizer and other industrial circulating cooling water systems, medium and low pressure boilers, oilfield water injection and oil pipeline scale and corrosion inhibition; in light textile industry, it can be used as metal and non-metal cleaning agent, peroxide stabilizer and fixing agent in bleaching and dyeing industry, complexing agent in non cyanide electroplating industry, and carrier of radioactive elements in pharmaceutical industry.

Usage method

HEDP is generally used as scale inhibitor with a concentration of 1-10mg / L, corrosion inhibitor with a concentration of 10-50mg / L, cleaning agent with a concentration of 1000-2000mg / L, and polycarboxylic acid type scale inhibitor dispersant. When used in other industries, the dosage shall be determined according to the test.

HEDP liquid is packed in plastic barrels, 30kg or 250kg per barrel; HEDP solid is packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag, which can also be determined according to the needs of users. Store in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof, 12 months storage period.

Packaging and storage

The liquid of ATMP is packed in plastic barrels, 30kg or 250kg each; the solid of ATMP is packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, with a net weight of 25kg each, which can also be determined according to the needs of users. Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, keep away from moisture and sun. The storage period is 12 months.

Safety protection

HEDP is acid, pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and wash with plenty of water immediately after contact.
