DTPMP is miscible with water and has good scale inhibition effect on calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate and barium sulfate, especially in alkaline solution (pH 10-11). Compared with organic phosphonate water stabilizer, this product has unique properties.

(1) In alkaline solution (pH 10-11), it still has good scale inhibition effect on calcium carbonate;

(2) It has good scale inhibition ability to barium sulfate;

(3) The corrosion inhibition effect is excellent;

(4) It is the stabilizer of chlorine dioxide bactericide.

Application

Excellent corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water, especially suitable for alkaline circulating cooling water as scale and corrosion inhibitor without adjusting pH, and can be used as scale and corrosion inhibitor for oilfield water injection, cooling water and boiler water with high barium carbonate content. DTPMP can also be used as peroxide stabilizer, chelating agent for textile printing and dyeing, dispersant of pigment and concrete additive. In addition, it has been widely used in papermaking, electroplating, metal pickling and cosmetics. It can also be used as stabilizer of oxidizing bactericide.

Packaging and storage

DTPMP is packed in plastic drums, 25kg or 250kg per barrel, which can also be determined according to the needs of users. Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors for 10 months.

Safety protection

DTPMP is acidic. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothes. Once splashed on the body, wash with plenty of water immediately.
