Maltodextrin
Maltodextrin has much usage.
In sweets industry, it can increase flexibility and prevent granulation and melt, lower sweetness, change taste, improve institutional framework and prolong storage life of sweets. to use it in sweets it reduces the incidence of disease such as toothache, obesity, maximum pressure and diabetes etc.
In beverage industry, it is useD as raw-material, after reasonable mix, it will increase nature smell, reduce the loss of nutrition, improve dissolubility, lower sweetness, reduce cost and further increase economic profit.
In papermaking industry, since malt-dextrin has characters of high fluidity and good cohesive force, it can be used as surface glue and bonding agent of coat & paint. it has no select to dressing material. Its good fluidity and transparency can make it not only attach on the surface but also penetrate the paper further raise cohesive force of fiber, prove appearance and physical property.
In other industries: malt-dextrine has good stability on emusification, so it can be used as coverer and absorbent in cosmetics to increase luster and elasticity of skin; also we can use its good dispersion in the production of solvent and powder insecticide.
